        Seshnie speaks five languages (six if you count toddler), and she's on a mission to make Aussie workplaces more inclusive, one confident conversation at a time. She's fascinated by that gap between what skilled migrants are doing and what they could be doing to bring more of their full selves to the workplace and society. Seshnie believes that a big key to this realisation comes through clear speech and confidence to speak up.
With a background in teaching, startups, and navigating life as a migrant herself, she created Vocare to help skilled professionals find their voice — and feel heard.
She believes everyone has a story worth telling, and that the world would be better if we all listened more, judged less, and shared our lunch. When she's not developing AI tools for pronunciation or running bespoke workshops, you'll find her chasing her fluffy son (that guy on the right), reading the same 3 toddler books her child is obsessed with, or low-key changing the world between coffee breaks.

        Fluffy, friendly, and fiercely committed to belly rubs, Alfie is the real boss at Vocare. As Chief Stress Management Officer, he specialises in walk-and-talk meetings, mandatory cuddle breaks, and reminding the team to go outside and touch grass. When he's not snoozing under the desk or chasing birds, he's helping us all stay calm, grounded, and joyfully distracted from deadlines.
